ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We take great care in inspecting and packaging your curated archive pieces. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING
We aim to provide a transparent and reliable delivery service for our global community:
- Free Shipping: On all orders over HK$2,000 (~US$256)
- Hong Kong Domestic Shipping: A flat rate of HK$100 applies to orders under HK$2,000.
- Regional Shipping (Macau & Taiwan): A flat rate of HK$200 applies to orders under HK$2,000.
- Asian Priority (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia & Philippines): A flat rate of HK$300 applies to orders under HK$2,000.
- Standard International (Rest of World): A flat rate of HK$500 applies to orders under HK$2,000.
SHIPPING METHODS
To ensure the highest level of security and speed for your archival pieces, all orders (both local and international) are handled exclusively by DHL Express. Estimated delivery times typically range from 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international orders, please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.
